Pengaruh Kepatuhan Minum Obat Antihipertensi terhadap Kualitas Hidup Pasien di Puskesmas Beji Batu

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang ditandai peningkatan tekanan darah di atas normal. Hipertensi dapat menyebabkan komplikasi seperti gagal ginjal sehingga mengakibatkan morbiditas dan mortalitas. Kepatuhan minum obat antihipertensi merupakan bagian penting untuk keberhasilan terapi yang diharapkan terjadi peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepatuhan minum obat antihipertensi terhadap kualitas hidup pasien di puskesmas Beji Batu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 34 pasien hipertensi rawat jalan yang tidak memiliki komorbid dengan umur >17 serta menerima obat antihipertensi. Data dianalisis dengan uji regresi ordinal menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kepatuhan minum obat antihipertensi adalah patuh sebanyak 12 orang (35,29%), kurang patuh sebanyak 12 orang (35,29%) dan tidak patuh sebanyak 10 orang (29,41%). Hasil pengukuran kualitas hidup adalah, sempurna (0%), sangat baik sebanyak 6 orang (17,65%), baik sebanyak 19 orang (55,88%), kurang baik sebanyak 9 orang (26,47%), kematian 0%. Hasil uji regresi ordinal menunjukkan nilai p value 0,000<0,05 dan R-square 0,884. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kepatuhan minum obat antihipertensi mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien dengan p value 0,000.
